Accelerate PepsiCo business growth and efficiency by leading the S&T insights team supporting Middle East markets, responsible for: Business Intelligence (creating/updating dashboards, delivering periodic and on-demand performance reviews, and addressing ad-hoc requests); Advanced Analytics (deployment, scaling, development, and enhancement of statistical models); and Data Governance & Asset Management (vendor management for external/syndicated data; external syndicated data quality, delivery, organization, and accessibility; asset tagging & hosting; and managing tools and assets).
Job Responsibility:
Play the role of gatekeeper of all PepsiCo KSA/Gulf markets (Internal & external ) data
Ensure that all PepsiCo´s market data is reliable in terms of quality and timing
Lead the Market analysis for each BU, category and brand across sector
Lead and develop visualization capability across sector and categories
Automated and enhanced visualization capability across sector
Lead annual negotiation process with Nielsen, Global Data, Kantar across BU for Beverage categories
Lead the integration and recommendation of holistic solutions to key business questions
Influence with insights and added value the AOP / SBP Channels processes
Manage and optimize Business Intelligence budget
Lead a Business Intelligence center of service
Leads support of the Strategy and Commercial Analytics teams on PGM (PepsiCo Growth Model) process
Leads support of the Marketing team with brand performance reporting
Requirements:
An experienced Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company
10 years+ experience
Masters in economics, statistics, marketing, business administration
100% English language proficiency both oral and written
Experience in developing and implementing successful projects with focus on results
Ability to manage problems from complex to simple
Strong communication and Story telling
Analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insights from Consumer, Shopper, and Analytics
Proven influencing and perseverance skills
Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple
Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries
Previous experience with Market Data suppliers (i.e. Nielsen) is required
Previous exposure with Directors and GMs
Knowledge and experience of Market and Consumer Insights
