Job Description:

The National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd (NCBA), the leading financial institution in Anguilla, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Executive Manager – MIS. The incumbent in this position will report to the CEO.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing strategic leadership to the MIS department and communicating the technology vision of the Executive team to staff
  • Managing IT projects, resources, teams and budgeting associated IT costs
  • Setting IT risk and control standards
  • Driving digital transformation and innovation
  • Leading project management and change management

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years in the management of IT department/(s) in banking industry, at least 5 of which should be at a senior executive level
  • BSc Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate degree Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Certifications in PMP
  • ITIL and Scrum is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous and thorough
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Flexible and innovative team player with sound integrity, initiative, and a global mindset
