This position supports the Legal Department with a primary focus on legal administration, document management, corporate governance, regulatory reporting, contract coordination, and general legal support. The role covers administrative and process-driven legal matters, while also providing guided exposure to other legal workstreams where relevant to support the Company’s business needs and the Legal Associate’s professional development. The successful candidate will have opportunities to progressively develop substantive legal, commercial, and transactional skills under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
Job Responsibility
Maintain, organize, and archive legal and corporate documents
Ensure legal documents are properly archived, updated, and easily retrievable
Coordinate notarization, legalization, certification, translation, execution, and circulation of legal documents
Coordinate with the relevant departments to collect information and support documents for legal matters
Assist in maintaining legal trackers, status reports, databases, and document control systems
Support filing and submission procedures with relevant authorities
Support the preparation, coordination, monitoring, and submission of periodic and ad hoc legal, corporate, investment, and regulatory reports
Assist in preparing, submitting, and monitoring the approval of meeting minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, appointment documents
Support the Legal Department in ensuring that corporate records and governance documents are properly maintained and updated
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
Provide support in legal workstreams relating to construction, operations, leasing, financing, acquisitions, and other business activities
Support the legal services contracts signing process
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
Perform other legal support tasks assigned by the Legal Department
Requirements
A law degree from an accredited Law University
1–2 years of experience in a corporate legal, law firm, or in-house legal setting is preferred
fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience but strong potential may also be considered
Experience or internship exposure in corporate, real estate, construction, commercial, or investment-related matters is an advantage
Good command of Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
Good legal research, drafting, and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documents carefully and accurately
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
Willingness to learn, take guidance, and develop practical legal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Nice to have
Experience or internship exposure in corporate, real estate, construction, commercial, or investment-related matters is an advantage
