Job Responsibility:
Banking & KYC Support: Coordination and preparation of banking documents, along with full management of KYC (Know Your Customer) forms
Corporate Documentation: Liaison with contacts across various jurisdictions for the update and maintenance of corporate documents for all entities
Information Management: Organization and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information remains secure and easily accessible
Strategic Liaison: Support for the BIR/Legal liaison regarding the day-to-day matters of the Family Office
General Administration: Execution of administrative tasks as directed by management to optimize workflow efficiency
Requirements:
2 – 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism is essential
