As an Executive Legal Secretary, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Managing Partners of a leading legal services firm, supporting all aspects of their daily activities.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to the leadership
Keeping the personal calendars and schedules of Managing Partners, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements
Operating as an office manager, responsible for building maintenance, renovations, and necessary repairs
Keeping the Court Cases & Deadlines Calendars updated in electronic and hard copy formats
Producing, formatting, and editing requested documents, and preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for the Managing Partners
Serving as a liaison internally and externally, screening phone calls and visitors, and communicating on behalf of the Managing Partners
Issuing monthly financial statements to clients and managing Athens Bar Association minimum fees receipts (γραμμάτια ΔΣΑ)
Organizing and overseeing case file archives and implementing the digitization of file archives projects
Planning internal and client events, as well as marketing and development activities
Requirements:
2 – 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism is essential
The ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality protocols is required
University Degree in any academic discipline (or equivalent relevant qualifications)
Fluency in English (writing, reading, and speaking) – Essential for international communication
Digital Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
