Job Description:

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Executive Learning Advisor acting as a relay between central Learning & Development and local initiatives of The Mora and TUI BLUE hotel brands in Zanzibar. Deliver impactful HR and Learning initiatives to hotel colleagues, support onboarding, and promote professional development and global engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Help in Identifying the local learning needs
Deliver relevant and impactful HR & Learning initiatives to our hotel colleagues
Ensure training content is relevant for the local audience and share feedback with the Cluster Learning Advisor and central People Development & Culture Team
Translate training material in the local language
Support the onboarding process of new colleagues and late starters, delivering the Induction program, providing the onboarding checklist and collecting feedback
Partner with management team to identify opportunities to improve career development and colleague retention
Support the implementation of the mentoring and buddy system program
Track all the local training initiatives using the company available reporting tools
Help in HR activities as required
Support the promotion of global initiatives ensuring colleagues engagement
Promote teamwork, safety, and asset management.

Requirements:

A diploma or studies in hospitality or Human Resources field
English and Swahili language proficiency
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-discipline and able to take initiatives
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Passion and motivation for training and people development
Ability to be a role model by consistently embodying and promoting our TUI Hotels & Resorts behaviors and standards
Attention to details and a commitment to quality.
