Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Executive IT Support Specialist for a full-time position. The Executive IT Support Specialist will be providing day to day support for executive staff and trading floor employees.
Job Responsibility:
Providing day to day support for executive staff and trading floor employees
Requirements:
10+ years of IT Support experience supporting Windows environments
10+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac workstations and laptops
Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in San Francisco
5+ years of experience supporting executive level employees
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/certifications
Financial industry experience and previous experience supporting trading floor employees
Be available for on-call support as needed
Nice to have:
Previous experience supporting Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
Experience with financial applications including FactSet, Eze, Charles River, Bloomberg, etc.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, vSphere, Horizon, MDM and MFA
