In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to: Build and execute intent-based outbound campaigns aligned to approved customer segments; Design and optimize lead nurture workflows that move prospects through the funnel; Own HubSpot CRM architecture, lifecycle management, lead scoring, workflow automation, and pipeline governance; Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and measure campaign performance; Manage alliance and partner relationships across cloud ecosystems and referral channels; Drive marketing performance visibility through reporting, analytics, and optimization initiatives. Job Responsibility

  • Build and execute intent-based outbound campaigns by identifying market signals, mapping target segments, and activating campaigns across channels
  • Plan and execute cold email campaigns, including list building, copywriting, sequencing, send execution, and reply handling
  • Design and maintain nurture workflows, lifecycle stage logic, trigger conditions, and content mapping across the buyer journey
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including target account identification, campaign planning, and multi-channel orchestration
  • Own and expand customer referral programs while identifying and onboarding local partners, agents, and tender opportunities
  • Respond to, qualify, and progress inbound partnership opportunities and alliance relationships
  • Manage cloud partner portal operations, including milestone tracking, competency submissions, and program documentation across AWS, GCP, Azure, and partner ecosystems
  • Design and maintain HubSpot lifecycle stages, lead scoring frameworks, workflow automation, pipeline structures, and CRM governance processes
  • Track campaign spend and cost-per-lead (CPL) performance against defined targets and review weekly dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, channel contribution, and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Operations roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience owning intent based outbound campaigns, ABM initiatives, CRM operations, and lead generation programs
  • Email marketing and newsletter execution, including list building, copywriting, sequencing, send execution, and reply handling
  • Nurture workflow design, trigger condition management, lifecycle logic, and content mapping
  • Experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub and outbound sequencing tools such as Apollo, ReachInbox, Instantly, Clay, or similar platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud partner programs such as AWS Partner Network, GCP Partner Advantage, Azure Partner Center, or similar ecosystems
  • Experience managing alliance partnerships, referral networks, and local agent programs
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms such as Clay, Bombora, or equivalent tools
  • Partner negotiation and onboarding experience
  • Basic project coordination experience across multiple marketing initiatives
  • Experience working with cloud providers and cloud ecosystem programs
  • Experience within B2B technology services, cloud, digital engineering, IT services, or B2B marketing agency environments
