In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to: Research buyer intent and develop content aligned to approved customer segments. Create and publish content across multiple formats including blogs, lead magnets, playbooks, landing pages, emails, and video scripts. Drive SEO and AEO optimization initiatives to improve organic visibility and discoverability. Manage content distribution and publishing through HubSpot CMS and related platforms. Analyze content performance and continuously optimize content to improve traffic, lead generation, and MQL contribution. Ghostwrite thought leadership and LinkedIn content for founders and leadership stakeholders. Job Responsibility

  • Create long-form B2B content, including blogs, lead magnets, playbooks, and other content assets that support demand generation initiatives
  • Develop copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and other digital marketing channels
  • Review, edit, proofread, and approve agency-produced content before publication to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards
  • Conduct keyword research, content mapping, and topic planning to support organic growth objectives
  • Perform on-page SEO and AEO optimization, including metadata, headers, internal linking, and content structure validation
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery
  • Publish and distribute content through HubSpot CMS and associated marketing platforms
  • Monitor content performance metrics including traffic, rankings, lead generation, conversions, and MQL contribution
  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, thought leadership content, and Founder Pulse content for the Founder
  • Build and refine content systems, templates, briefs, and frameworks that enable scalable content production
  • Coordinate with Marketing Executives, Design & Video Agencies, Content Writing Agencies, and founders to execute content initiatives effectively
  • Take ownership of content outcomes by ensuring every content asset contributes toward lead generation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B Content Marketing
  • Demonstrable portfolio of B2B content that has driven measurable organic traffic, lead generation, or pipeline contribution
  • Long-form B2B content writing (blogs, lead magnets, playbooks)
  • Content editing and proofreading
  • Copywriting for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and advertisements
  • Keyword strategy and content mapping
  • On-page SEO including metadata, headers, internal linking, and readability optimization
  • Content performance analysis including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, or equivalent
  • Experience working with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
