We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to support our growing HR team.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding
HR operational tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and supporting process improvements

Requirements:

MBA or PGDBM in Human Resources
1 to 3 years of experience
strong communication skills
familiarity with HR systems
passion for building efficient HR workflows
