Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards
Inspect guestrooms and public spaces daily, ensuring readiness and timely communication with Front Desk
Manage room allocations, cleaning priorities, and staffing schedules in line with business needs
Monitor inventory levels, supplies, equipment, and uniforms to support smooth operations
Lead and supervise housekeeping shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
Manage departmental budgets with a clear understanding of financial goals and cost controls
Train, coach, and support room attendants using on-the-job training tools and ongoing development
Foster open communication, engagement, and recognition across all shifts
Address guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and care
Promote a strong service culture focused on continuous improvement and guest satisfaction
Support employee performance management, recognition, and progressive discipline processes
Champion workplace safety, sustainability practices, and preventative maintenance programs
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to overall hotel success
