Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain comprehensive talent databases, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Prepare candidate briefs that summarize professional backgrounds, leadership achievements, and potential fit for specific roles
  • Develop competitive intelligence reports that highlight market shifts, competitor leadership moves, and emerging talent pools
  • Collaborate with the global executive hiring team to refine search criteria, outreach strategies, and diversity hiring approaches
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support special projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, leadership succession planning, and emerging market talent strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to contribute to fresh perspectives

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or final-year student with a strong academic record in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, International Relations, or related fields
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Curiosity about leadership, organizational structures, and global business trends, with a willingness to explore unfamiliar industries
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn from experienced global recruiters and researchers
