The Executive Head of Cluster Bandundu and Équateur is responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Network, Mobile Money, and People Management. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong strategic mindset, proven execution capability, and deep knowledge of digital transformation within the telecommunications sector.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field (MBA is an advantage)

  • Proven success in digital transformation or digital-led growth within the banking or telecommunications sectors
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, emerging technologies, and market trends
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and socio-economic conditions in Kinshasa and Central Congo
