The Executive Head of Cluster Bandundu and Équateur is responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Network, Mobile Money, and People Management. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong strategic mindset, proven execution capability, and deep knowledge of digital transformation within the telecommunications sector.

Job Responsibility

Develop and execute robust sales strategies, leveraging digital platforms to maximize reach and impact
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building strong client relationships and understanding local market dynamics
Partner with the marketing team to design culturally relevant campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and preference
Guide product positioning and messaging using data-driven insights tailored to the region’s unique market environment
Lead initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty, using digital tools to streamline the experience
Establish and oversee customer feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement across service touchpoints
Oversee network performance, optimization, and expansion to guarantee reliability, security, and availability

Drive strategic growth of mobile money services, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with substantial exposure to digital strategies
Proven success in digital transformation or digital-led growth within the banking or telecommunications sectors
Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, emerging technologies, and market trends
In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and socio-economic conditions in Kinshasa and Central Congo
Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of driving teams toward ambitious goals
