Job Description

The Tullamore Court Hotel is looking for an ambitious Executive Head Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary leadership career. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or experienced senior kitchen leader to take ownership of a well-established hotel kitchen, inspire a passionate brigade, and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, banqueting, weddings, and events. Job Responsibility

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing kitchen brigade
  • Creating seasonal and innovative menus across multiple food outlets

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Head Chef in a quality hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Passion for developing and mentoring teams
  • Experience managing kitchen financial performance and food costs
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety legislation
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
  • Creativity, innovation, and passion for food

  • Experience in hotel operations including weddings, conferences, and banqueting
