Portfolio spans Supported Independent Living (SIL), emergency and complex care services across Northern NSW and Queensland
Requirements:
Strategic operator with strong commercial acumen
Ability to scale customer-centred practice across complex service environments
Experience leading large, multi-layered operational teams through change
Ability to strengthen leadership culture and build capability at every level
Experience improving quality, safety and consistency in regulated settings
Ability to balance financial discipline with purpose-driven outcomes
Ability to engage confidently with government, regulators and sector stakeholders
