Job Description:

Responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and rules. The role involves overseeing design and fitting-out processes, conducting reviews, inspections, and meetings, and ensuring timely completion of projects with high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining effective relationships with tenants in the initial phase of the construction works
Coordination of the activities among tenants, constructions companies and authorities
Ensuring tenants’ compliance with Centre’s Terms and Conditions of the Tenancy Agreement, MyTOWN House Rules, Fit Out Manual, Design Guidelines and Tenant Coordination Guidelines
Reviewing and commenting on tenant’s concept design submissions for their outlets
Conducting kick off and follow up meetings
Issuing tenants with relevant manuals and documents
Inspecting premises and verifying accuracy of Lease of Drawings
Conducting joint inspections for unit handover
Tracking and monitoring work stages to ensure timely completion
Monitoring site works quality and compliance with approved designs
Overseeing tenant’s fit-out program
Coordinating with other mall departments to ensure key operations are not compromised
Documenting all processes in fit out folders
Planning and managing project schedule and site reports

Requirements:

Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related disciplines
1-2 years supervisory experience in retail fit-out or project management environment
Proficient in hand sketch and computer literacy in MS office, Auto CAD, 3D max, sketch up, MS project, photoshop, ai illustrator)
Competent in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and others dialects

Nice to have:

Proficient with MS Office and other office applications includes Auto CAD, 3D max, sketch up, photoshop, ai illustrator
Independent, good interpersonal skills able to lead a team to deliver project on time
Ability to manage several designs and projects simultaneously
