To support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned Account(s). And delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative brand objectives/directions.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account(s)
Represent and document the interest of the account with PUMA interfaces and balance brand goals with account needs
Manage the annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process) for the Assigned Account(s)
Constant communication to define right customer segmentation and assortment planning
Deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s)
Agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-in & sell-out targets and monitor the progress
Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook
Recruit and build the key account sales organization
Develop, train and lead all direct reports
Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance
Monitor and report on customers and competitors’ performance
General communication & operation related to the tasks between internal & external stakeholders
Requirements:
University degree in business or equivalent, ideally with focus on sales, retail and marketing
2~6 years in Sales / Retail
Industry experience in Sport, Fashion, FMCG, or Consulting
