Job Description:

This company is a prominent player in their dedicated industry in China, focusing on providing innovative product solutions within the wellness space. The job involves leading a team of approximately 100 with different functional setups, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives, driving sales growth, and managing financial performance. The role also covers product registration, stakeholder relationships, and marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plan to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness
  • Manage the brand's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Build and manage a team of professionals including marketing, sales, training
  • Oversee the brand's marketing and advertising activities, including social media, influencer marketing, and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders, online/offline distributors, and other business partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and drive growth
  • Oversee the product registration process and ensure new products are launched on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in the related industry, with a proven track record of success in brand management and sales growth
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and consumer behavior
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial performance
