Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily clinic operations, covering expenditure management, marketing, fundraising initiatives, and public relations
Audit and evaluate existing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency-driven changes
Streamline administrative functions and foster a culture focused on continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with Board members and staff to set strategic priorities and maintain financial stability
Develop and execute strategies—including volunteer programs—to expand organizational services
Monitor and manage staff performance, ensuring accountability while nurturing a positive work environment
Lead and execute fundraising campaigns as well as donor engagement efforts to support organizational initiatives
Guide the organization through its transition to a full-service operational model, ensuring effective delegation and clarity amid evolving complexity
Serve as a visible spokesperson, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing community engagement
Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and maintain operational transparency
Requirements:
Non-profit operations experience required
Demonstrated ability to operate confidently and independently with a phased, project-driven approach, focused more on strategic action and stabilization, not just ongoing crisis management
Proven experience auditing organizational systems, workflows, and decision-making processes, with a strong track record of identifying and executing effective solutions
Comfortable communicating directly and constructively, including delivering difficult feedback to both Board members and staff when needed
Strong delegation skills, with the ability to build accountability within the team and avoid becoming a bottleneck to progress
Visible and hands-on leadership style during periods of change, with the ability to transition into a steady, strategic leadership role once the organization stabilizes
Commitment to continuous improvement but also disciplined in stepping back from day-to-day operational details once initial goals are achieved
Deeply mission-driven, balanced with strong financial and operational acumen
