Job Responsibility:
Provide overall organizational leadership and strategic direction

Requirements:
Senior leader with experience in health care, community health, or a related sector
Strong understanding of the social determinants of health, newcomer and refugee communities, nonprofit operations, and stakeholder engagement
Sound judgment, political acuity, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
Ability to translate vision into action while building trust and alignment internally and externally
