Reporting directly to the Governing Body and collaborating closely with the Area Vice President, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our branch and the community we serve.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a talented team through annual evaluations, goal-setting, and ongoing mentorship
Identify and recruit top-tier talent that aligns with our mission, fostering an environment of excellence
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning through orientation, in-service education, and professional development
Supervise staff during service hours to ensure our clients receive the highest quality care
Engage with supervisors and participate in regional meetings to drive collaboration and innovation
Partner with the Nursing Director to welcome new client families with compassion and professionalism
Actively participate in weekly meetings to ensure seamless onboarding for new patients
Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and make data-driven improvements to enhance our services
Resolve any incidents or issues with a focus on maintaining trust and satisfaction
Strategically plan and implement growth initiatives that elevate our branch’s impact in the community
Analyze financial statements and performance data to optimize productivity and identify areas for improvement
Maintain strict compliance with all regulations, ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively
Collaborate with the Client Relations team to strengthen our connections with referral sources and expand our reach
Oversee internal billing processes to ensure timely and accurate claims management
Requirements:
College Degree Required
Successful completion of a criminal background check per Aveanna policy
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
2-3 years of management experience, ideally in healthcare
Experience in pediatric care is a plus
Strong communication skills in English (speak, write, read, and understand)
Ability to travel
