Job Responsibility
Lead one of CSIRO's most diverse and strategically critical portfolios spanning technology, national research infrastructure, scientific collections and space and astronomy
Ensure these capabilities are strategically aligned, effectively governed and delivering impact for Australia and internationally
Reporting to the Chief Executive and as a key member of the Executive Team
Requirements
Exceptional senior executive and science or technology leader, with a track record of leading large, complex, mission-driven organisations
Deep experience translating technology, infrastructure or research capability into real-world impact
Strong strategic and financial capability
Ability to build influential partnerships across government, industry and academia
Leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration and purpose
Ability to operate at the highest levels of government, research and innovation
