Job Description:

Executive Director role responsible for driving the technology roadmap and building product domain teams & services for Minute Clinic healthcare delivery needs. These cloud hosted services will be consumed by partner teams across CVS enterprise to serve the CVS Super App experience to consumers/patients and augment clinical workflows for Minute clinic providers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead team of technology professionals including principal engineers and engineering managers
Transform and modernize the Retail.io platform
Develop microservice architecture to publish and respond to events
Orchestrate across events and stream data
Create strong interface contracts and data access layers to decouple systems
Work with Engineering leaders to develop API-based integration strategy
Work closely with SVP and VP leaders including product management and engineering teams
Travel to meet business needs

Requirements:

12+ years of related experience
Leading teams of technology professionals
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with microservice architecture
Experience with API-based integration strategies
Experience with design patterns and principles
Experience creating interface contracts and data access layers
