Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive group sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all segments, including corporate meetings, conventions, incentives, golf groups, and association business
  • Lead and mentor the group sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics
  • Promote the resort’s full portfolio of offerings, including 90,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, accommodations, golf courses, marina, and resort amenities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and industry partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand group's sales market share
  • Partner closely with resort leadership, marketing, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all group events
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to inform sales strategy and positioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in group sales within a luxury resort, hospitality, or events environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding group sales targets
  • Strong leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of corporate meetings, events, and destination group business
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
