Our client, an innovative global B2B marketing organization powered by a proprietary AI-plus-data-plus-people platform, is seeking an Executive Director of Growth to architect and lead their global go-to-market engine. This is a pivotal, senior-level role responsible for unifying brand, marketing, demand generation, partnerships, and pipeline development to fuel category leadership and sustained commercial performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global go-to-market strategy integrating brand, demand, and growth marketing functions
  • Position the company as the category-defining leader in customer-journey-driven B2B marketing
  • Drive industry-facing thought leadership, analyst relations, and category creation initiatives
  • Build and operate a comprehensive inbound and outbound pipeline engine that delivers high-quality commercial opportunities
  • Oversee account-based and vertical-specific GTM motions across key global markets, with North America as a priority region
  • Partner closely with Client Experience, Delivery, Product, and Data leaders to ensure seamless handoff from pipeline to revenue
  • Develop and expand strategic partnerships and ecosystem alliances—including data, technology, channel, and consulting partners
  • Scale a global growth organization spanning brand, demand, content, marketing ops, sales enablement, and industry growth
  • Serve as a senior client-facing sponsor and evangelist with CMO and CMO-1 level stakeholders
  • Champion a hybrid people-plus-tech operating model, embedding AI and data insights into growth workflows

Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience in growth, demand generation, B2B marketing, consultancy, or SaaS/MarTech environments
  • Proven track record architecting and scaling multi-layered GTM engines across complex global businesses
  • Deep expertise in modern B2B buyer behavior, ABX/ABM strategy, and customer-journey-driven marketing models
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to deliver predictable pipeline growth
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, CX, Finance, and Delivery teams to align GTM with broader business strategy
  • Ability to operate effectively at executive level, influencing analysts, industry leaders, and senior customer stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success leading global teams and building high-performance growth organizations
  • Experience developing verticalized GTM plays, including enterprise tech and other complex B2B sectors
  • Strong background in integrated marketing channels: content, campaigns, digital, events, partnerships
