Job Description:

Executive Director role leading enterprise strategy for managing Part A and emergency department medical costs at Oak Street Health, a CVS Health company. Focuses on developing frameworks for admissions, readmissions, post-acute care, and ED utilization in value-based care models.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as enterprise lead and accountable executive for Part A medical costs strategy
Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and data science functions to establish measurement frameworks
Oversee team leading portfolio of initiatives including ADK reporting, readmission rates, EDK reporting
Lead team partnering with regional and clinic-based leaders to improve local performance
Partner with corporate and P&L leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities
Convene and collaborate across central teams, field, and CVS leaders
Serve as member of Chief Clinical Officer's leadership team
Ensure accountability to key medical management metrics

Requirements:

15+ years of applicable experience in healthcare/population health/working with healthcare providers
Background in management consulting or equivalent strategic experience
Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, build trust, and influence diverse stakeholders
Incredible level of organization and detail orientation
Analytical and data savvy with ability to develop business cases, ROI analysis, and financial analysis
Proven ability to connect dots across teams and initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Demonstrates pleasantly persistent approach to problem-solving and collaboration
Brings humble, team-oriented mindset
Quick to learn and thrive in environments with high ambiguity and change
