Executive Director, Market Analysis & Strategic Finance

• Will lead the analysis of Store Financial Performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis by providing insights and recommendations to senior Field leadership (SVP, VP) based on financial data and trends
• Conducts scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and help guide strategic decisions
• Creates sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning
• Analyzes the financial performance of Divisions, States, or Markets
• Analyzes lines of business (Front Store, Pharmacy) and expenses (Payroll), identifying areas of improvement and growth opportunities
• Establishes financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Conducts performance evaluations, sets performance goals, provides guidance, and fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment

• 15+ years work experience
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Adept at business intelligence

Prior related Retail or Operations Finance experience
