Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director of Integrated Marketing to lead our marketing efforts specifically in the Korea market. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving audience engagement, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a high-performing marketing team responsible for Disney’s Brand & Franchise marketing, digital marketing, and global & local content marketing
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty across multiple channels
  • Drive brand development and positioning strategies
  • Oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives across traditional and digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders, content creators, and distribution partners
  • Champion the use of data-driven insights and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Represent Disney at industry events, conferences, and partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of senior-level marketing experience with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results within the entertainment, media, or consumer products industries
  • Multinational corporation (MNC) working experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication in both Korean and English
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision, build consensus, and influence key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management, storytelling, and consumer engagement
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures, forge strategic partnerships, and drive collaboration
  • Experience working in global markets and a strong understanding of equity and including is highly desirable
