Job Description:

Comcast Business is seeking an experienced Executive Director to own the growth engine of our Indirect Sales Channel. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Directors who run teams of Partner Sales Managers and Inside Partner Sales Managers — driving partner performance, expanding share, and making it easier to win together across the U.S. This is a virtual role (U.S.-based) with 50% anticipated travel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own Partner Relationships: Build and deepen executive-level relationships with Comcast Business Indirect Partners nationwide — focused on mutual growth, trust, and results
  • Lead Leaders: Coach, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing team of Directors. Set a clear bar, create a winning culture, and keep the team moving with urgency
  • Drive Performance: Align the org to sales targets, KPIs, and execution plans. Run the business with rigor — results, pipeline, partner productivity, and follow-through
  • Shape Partner Marketing Strategy: Partner with Marketing to create targeted programs that move specific KPIs and produce measurable sales impact for partners
  • Enable the Field: Ensure your teams are fully fluent in the Comcast Business portfolio and can position the right solutions to the right partner opportunities
  • Support Strategic Planning: Help build the plan—partner business reviews, bonus programs, incentives, and events that drive behavior and outcomes
  • Collaborate Across the Exec Team: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Comcast Business leaders to unlock growth plays, solve barriers, and scale what’s working
  • Run the Numbers: Use forecasting, trends, and partner performance reporting to make better decisions faster and to keep everyone aligned on what matters
  • Expand the Wallet: Develop cross-sell and up-sell motions that increase partner productivity and customer value
  • Lead with Judgment: Make smart, independent calls in high-impact situations grounded in strategy, data, and what’s best for the business
  • Be Available When it Counts: This role flexes—some nights, weekends, and travel-heavy stretches come with the territory
  • Pitch in as Needed: Take on additional priorities that help the org win

Requirements:

  • 10+ years leading leaders, building high-performing sales organizations, and driving results through indirect/channel partners
  • A consistent track record of hitting quotas and KPIs—through execution, not heroics
  • Strong telecom / business solutions foundation (products, competitive landscape, partner economics, and go-to-market dynamics)
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence without authority, build trust quickly, and move a broad partner ecosystem
  • Bachelor's Degree
What we offer:
  • Medical, prescription, vision, and dental insurance for eligible employees
  • 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to the first 6% of your pay
  • Paid time off including eight observed company holidays and flex time
  • Exclusive perks + discounts, including tuition assistance, commuter benefits and more!
