The Executive Director, Global Marketing Lead (GML) for TEZSPIRE, is a critical commercial leadership role within Amgen's Global Marketing organization, responsible for shaping and executing the global commercial strategy across the product lifecycle. As the global brand steward, the GML provides a unified 'ONE Commercial Voice' and strategic direction across indications, markets, and functions to maximize asset value and enable consistent, disciplined execution worldwide. The GML translates enterprise product strategy into clear global commercial direction, integrating global strategy with local insights to advance global expansion efforts and patient impact. The role also carries clear alliance leadership accountability for the AstraZeneca partnership, ensuring Amgen's commercial priorities are represented in joint governance and that TEZSPIRE strategy is coordinated across North America co-commercialization, AstraZeneca-led commercialization outside North America, AstraZeneca-led development, and Amgen-led manufacturing. The GML leads a highly matrixed organization across TEZSPIRE's approved indications, ensuring cohesive brand strategy with appropriate differentiation by indication and will be responsible for future lifecycle strategies, including new indications and potential new line extension opportunities. The GML partners closely with the Product Team Lead (PTL) to ensure tight alignment between product strategy, governance decisions, and commercial execution, while retaining clear ownership of global brand and market strategy.
