Job Description:

Aetna, a CVS Health company, seeks an Executive Director, Digital Medicaid Capabilities to lead digital Medicaid initiatives, ensure compliance, and address the needs of vulnerable populations through innovative digital products.

Job Responsibility:

Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital Medicaid capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member needs
Lead the end-to-end delivery of features and experiences
Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and state-specific requirements
Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy
Champion investment cases and business cases
Drive the integration of social determinants of health (SDOH) and community resources into the digital experience
Build, coach, and inspire high-performing, agile product teams
Partner with Medicaid business leaders, technology, clinical, design, engineering, and analytics
Identify new business opportunities
Translate customer and business needs into actionable product strategies and quantifiable OKRs
Define and track product metrics to evaluate progress

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, project/program management, or related fields, with a proven track record in agile product development
10+ years of experience in software product management, successfully delivering large-scale, consumer-facing products
10+ years of experience managing complex projects/programs, delivering value within tight timelines

Nice to have:

Deep understanding of Medicaid, its regulatory landscape, state-by-state program nuances, and the populations it serves
Experience working with state Medicaid agencies, managed care organizations, or Medicaid technology platforms
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Exceptional negotiation, organizational, analytical, and people leadership skills
Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis expertise
General understanding of programming and computer science concepts
