Visionary executive director role to lead Data and Analytics Solutions Strategy across Primary Care, Specialty Care and Oncology at CVS Health, shaping enterprise-wide data strategy, driving commercial growth, and unlocking new value for pharmaceutical partners and patients

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead the long-term vision for CVS Health's pharmaceutical data and analytics strategy
  • Oversee the financial performance of the Data & Analytics portfolio
  • Serve as a senior ambassador to pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Champion the development of next-generation analytics capabilities including AI and real-world evidence
  • Partner with senior leaders across product, technology, operations, and client services
  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse leadership team
  • Represent CVS Health at industry forums, regulatory discussions, and executive roundtables

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in pharmaceutical data, analytics, or healthcare strategy, including executive-level roles
  • 10+ years of proven success in leading enterprise-scale transformations and commercial growth initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in working with Pharma data, being hands on with data developing analytics solutions
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, including commercialization, real-world evidence, and regulatory trends
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree required
