Baruch Senior Ministries, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to be our Executive Director/Administrator at Fountain View Assisted Living in Coopersville, MI. Fountain View offers supportive care and specialized care in a home-like environment with a range of care covering minimal assistance to care for the frail elderly. You will have the opportunity to work for a faith-based company that has a passion for providing vulnerable residents with high-quality care and nurturing their dignity and independence.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing overall facility operations and leading by example with regard to customer service, employee relations, and quality assurance while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Select, hire, supervise, and develop qualified personnel to lead all major departments while ensuring continuity and consistency in the delivery and quality of services
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies

Requirements

  • A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 3-5 Years of experience in working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Outlook, and other software programs used by Baruch
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
