Job Description:

As the Executive Director- Product Strategy at CVS Health, you will lead the strategic roadmap for Aetna's core Administrative platforms, engaging deeply with developed applications and vendor product roadmaps to serve over 6 million members. This role requires strong product management experience, technical acumen, and leadership, with a focus on delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Develops and executes the strategic vision for a comprehensive array of products that align with the company's overall goals and objectives for patient healthcare and wellness
Identifies market opportunities, conducts market research, and defines product roadmaps to capitalize on current healthcare product advances and achievements in the industry
Leads the end-to-end product development process to deliver high-quality, clinically proven products that meet customer needs
Conducts thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, including the competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to drive product innovation and differentiation
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and gather key feedback in order to ultimately ensure alignment with specific product strategies and initiatives
Develops and maintains a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization, sequencing, and timelines for product enhancements and new product launches
Facilitates collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective execution and delivery of products
Drives successful product launches to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and customer adoption plans
Analyzes product performance metrics, customer feedback and expectations, and market data to assess the success of products in meeting business goals and client healthcare needs

Requirements:

15+ years of experience with product management role shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch
Strong technical acumen to drive features with technical requirements
Background with Agile and ideally SAFe specifically
Detail oriented, manages risk and deliverable timelines
Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
Technical product leadership
