Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director to join our Rates Cash trading team to work with teams across regions, manage trading portfolios, foster client relationships, and contribute to building a market-leading business globally.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Rates cash trading initiative in NY
Perform daily risk management duties for all aspects of the trading portfolio
Exhibit strong analytical and quantitative skills
Work with the global team to dictate consistent, efficient, and timely pricing for clients
Build a franchise by fostering customer relationships and onboarding new prospects
Help build analytical tools for risk management and customer engagement

Requirements:

7+ years of Securities Trading experience
A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field

Nice to have:

8+ years of Rates trading experience
Strong sense of urgency and commitment
Consistent track record of strong PnL
In depth understanding of technological, risk and regulatory trends impacting Rates business
Technical expertise in regulatory, compliance, and risk management issues
Ability to analyze data and use for decision-making and managing initiatives
Successful track record in systematically executing initiatives using project management disciplines
Highest level of integrity and good judgement
Strong stakeholder skills
Ability to lead across functions
Comfortable working in a matrix organizational environment
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
