Job Description:

The city of Melrose Retirement Board seeks a highly skilled and motivated Executive Director to oversee the daily operations and administration of the Melrose Contributory Retirement System. This full-time leadership role requires expertise in MGL Ch. 32, finance, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will manage retiree payroll, benefit calculations, audits, board reporting, and supervise one staff member. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience required. Salary range $135k-150K.
