We are looking for an intern to support customer lifecycle management and user enablement activities for the Chaos ecosystem, particularly Enscape. The role involves customer engagement, operational coordination, and assisting with beginner-level user onboarding and documentation.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and track welcome kit distribution for new customers
Conduct CLM calling cycles (Cycle 1 & Cycle 2) for customer engagement and follow-ups
Maintain CRM updates and customer interaction records
Assist in preparing beginner-level documentation and knowledge resources for users
Support basic onboarding or training sessions for new Enscape users
Coordinate with internal teams for customer engagement and support activities
Requirements:
Basic understanding of Chaos as a brand and its visualization tools
Familiarity with Enscape software and real-time visualization workflows
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to interact with users and support training / onboarding sessions
