As Executive Creative Director, you will lead OneMagnify’s Creative Intelligence & Experience teams, across design, performance creative, motion, creative operations, and applied AI. You will help define how creative intelligence shows up in-market for our clients - through brand expression, experience development, and measurable performance. In doing so, you’ll strengthen our creative craft, evolve the human+AI workflows that fuel our work, and help win and deliver transformative experience programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead coordinated brand, digital, and experience programs across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including presentation, persuasion, and narrative framing
