Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other business documents
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials and follow-up items
Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients and external partners
Track deadlines, manage priorities and support special projects as assigned
Maintain confidential files, records and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism
Assist with event planning, expense reporting and office coordination as needed
Help streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and support business operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Previous experience in an executive support, administrative or coordinator role preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking and time management abilities
Ability to exercise discretion, judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
