Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other business documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials and follow-up items
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients and external partners
  • Track deadlines, manage priorities and support special projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidential files, records and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism
  • Assist with event planning, expense reporting and office coordination as needed
  • Help streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and support business operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous experience in an executive support, administrative or coordinator role preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management abilities
  • Ability to exercise discretion, judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
