Job Description:

This role is perfect for experienced recruiters looking for their next challenge. As an Executive Consultant, you will manage the entire candidate recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients, and mentor junior members of the team.

Job Responsibility:

Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
Provide mentorship and help train junior team members

Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals that show you can shape and attract top passive talent
Solid billing/placements history and role longevity
Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
