Job Responsibility

  • Managing sponsor onboarding, ensuring profiles, target accounts, and objectives are captured accurately
  • Managing outreach to high-level CSP delegates through tailored communications, confirmations, and reminders
  • Coordinating meeting scheduling, resolving conflicts, managing shared meeting room usage, and ensuring smooth onsite operations
  • Managing the Invite-Only cycle from attendee wish-lists through acquisition, marketing promotion, vetting, approvals, and session flow
  • Ensuring all communication touchpoints — invites, reminders, and onsite instructions — support a seamless participant experience
  • Fulfilling acquisition plans to reach senior CSP decision-makers across global markets
  • Supporting sponsors to refine and prioritise their audience wish-lists and articulate meaningful session or meeting objectives
  • Handling escalations around targeting, scheduling, approvals, or attendance, ensuring issues are resolved quickly
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to sponsors throughout the full delivery cycle
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities, workload priorities, and task clarity across programme delivery
  • Ensuring effective communication between teams, particularly Sales, Events, Marketing, and Insights
  • Building strong working relationships across teams, especially during time-sensitive delivery periods
  • Contributing to consistent ways of working and helping improve delivery quality across events
  • Contributing to event retrospectives with data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Suggestions to enhance workflows, SOPs, templates, timelines, and communication processes across events
  • Supporting the development of best practices in targeting, outreach, data capture, and attendee engagement
  • Anticipating risks and implementing preventive solutions ahead of key delivery milestones
  • Tracking acquisition progress, delegate confirmations, meeting scheduling, attendance approvals, and delivery risks
  • Providing ongoing updates that ensure cross-team alignment and timely action
  • Producing post-event insights and recommendations to strengthen future delivery and support organisational learning
  • Contributing to broader reporting across Sponsor Success

Requirements

  • Strong experience delivering executive-level engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery, or high-value client engagement
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across global events and time zones
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to engage confidently with high-level CSP executives and senior sponsor representatives
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and sound judgement when managing escalations or time-sensitive issues
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent workstreams

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events, or curated meeting programmes is beneficial
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and project management platforms is an advantage
