Job Description:

BrainWorks HR Search is partnering with a consumer goods manufacturer on an Executive Compensation Program Manager opportunity based in the Greater Atlanta area. This highly visible role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to help ensure compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead executive compensation programs and annual processes, including incentive plan design, benchmarking, and governance deliverables
  • Partner with Legal on the annual proxy statement process, manage RSU programs for 1,000+ employees, and prepare Board of Directors meeting materials
  • Analyze complex compensation data, build dashboards and reports, and provide insights that support leadership decisions
  • Manage the design and evaluation of base pay, incentive, and equity programs
  • Oversee executive disclosures and related materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with governance standards
  • Partner across the organization and with external resources to assess market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on executive compensation for senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, including RSU or stock equity programs
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Power BI experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting Section 16 officers and SEC reporting tasks preferred
