BrainWorks HR Search is partnered with a global consumer goods company for their Executive Compensation Analyst vacancy in the Greater Atlanta Area. This is a highly visible role that partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure executive compensation strategies are competitive, compliant, and closely aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead executive compensation programs and annual processes, including incentive plan design, benchmarking, and governance deliverables
  • Work on the proxy statement with the legal department annually, managing RSU programs for more than 1,000 employees, and preparing Board of Directors meeting books
  • Analyze and interpret complex data, develop dashboards and reports, and deliver insights that guide leadership decisions
  • Manage the design and evaluation of base pay, incentive, and equity programs
  • Oversee executive disclosures and materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with governance frameworks
  • Partner across the organization and with external resources to assess market competitiveness and equity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on executive compensation for projects and initiatives with senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Desired skills include strong Excel, and ideally Power BI experience
  • Strong experience in process improvements

  • Conduct the research and analysis associated with specific core executive compensation initiatives including pay mix, incentive leverage, salary ranges, perquisites etcetera
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel workbooks used for Senior Leadership and Compensation Committee review which include compensation calculations, executive compensation structures, compensation offers and stock plan administration
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to enable compliance with compensation-related regulations including securities, accounting, and tax requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in all matters pertaining to Executive Compensation, including Senior Leadership, LTI participants, HR, Finance, Legal, etcetera
  • Special projects as assigned including participation as a team member on other departmental initiatives, and providing analytical support and compensation consulting for ad hoc requests
