We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Commercial Operations to support our Service operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role offers strong exposure to operational processes within a structured, globally aligned environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage all spare parts shipments for Service and Installation departments
Prepare and track weekly reports on pending spare parts orders and participate in coordination meetings with regional counterparts
Conduct regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys and maintain accurate feedback records
Manage incoming customer calls and direct inquiries to relevant departments efficiently
Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations, Proforma Invoices, and final invoices
Raise and process Material Requisition Notes (MRNs)
Maintain and update service department documentation and operational records
Register, monitor, and close customer breakdown calls while maintaining complaint logs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes and internal workflows
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
