Requirements:

  • Certified coach (Royal Roads, ICC, NVW, Newfield, CTI, etc) with extensive experience working as a coach in fast-paced, high-growth and complex organizations and environments
  • Demonstrated track record of putting business acumen into practice to help leaders increase their leadership effectiveness and build high-trust, high-impact teams
  • Enneagram certification and/or experience coaching with the Enneagram
  • Experience building effective relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Team player who is both opinionated and humble
  • Passion for continuous learning and mastering the craft of coaching
  • Willingness to work in different time zones

Nice to have:
