Job Description:

Executive Club Supervisor position at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place, responsible for ensuring optimum service, staff supervision, and maintaining the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand in luxury hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization
Complete scheduled inventories and stock
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Follow all company and safety and security policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to inspect grooming and attire of staff
Ability to complete opening and closing duties
Ability to inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
Ability to complete scheduled inventories and stock
Ability to monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Ability to complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
