Job Description

The Executive Club & Business Center Supervisor must not just process a service-oriented mindset with competent technical skill and knowledge but with a committed attitude & management towards the hotel's operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducts regular meetings and briefings
  • Attends and contributes to all training sessions as required
  • Assures that all Executive Club & Business Center employees are familiar with current promotions, policies, hotel product knowledge and other necessary information
  • Handles all guest and internal guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • Maintains positive interactions between guest and employee with good working relationships

Requirements

  • Good knowledge and very familiar with Opera system
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well under pressure
