The Executive Club & Business Center Supervisor must not just process a service-oriented mindset with competent technical skill and knowledge but with a committed attitude & management towards the hotel's operation.
Job Responsibility:
Conducts regular meetings and briefings
Attends and contributes to all training sessions as required
Assures that all Executive Club & Business Center employees are familiar with current promotions, policies, hotel product knowledge and other necessary information
Handles all guest and internal guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
Maintains positive interactions between guest and employee with good working relationships
Requirements:
Good knowledge and very familiar with Opera system
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well under pressure
