The Executive Club Manager oversees the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for VIP and high-value guests in line with Four Seasons Hotel Kaula Lumpur standards. This role leads the team to deliver exceptional service, maintains the highest levels of presentation and quality and works closely with other departments to ensure consistent and efficient guest service. The position also focuses on guest satisfaction, team development and supporting revenue through service excellence and upselling.
Job Responsibility
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to VIP and Executive Club guests, ensuring a seamless luxury experience
Oversee daily Executive Lounge operations, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
Lead, train and motivate the team to uphold Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur service excellence and professionalism
Manage guest relations by anticipating needs, handling feedback and resolving issues efficiently
Supervise premium food and beverage offerings, ensuring quality, variety and hygiene standards
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and consistent guest service delivery
Monitor costs and support revenue generation through upselling and service optimization
Maintain accurate reports, guest profiles, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations or front office management
Prior experience in a luxury hotel or five-star environment strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset
Proven ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Leadership experience with the ability to train and inspire service teams
High attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest feedback platforms
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
Must have the right to work in Malaysia
