Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests
  • Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
  • Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
  • Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
