Job Description:

As an Executive Club Agent at Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel, you will play a key role in providing memorable guest experiences. You will assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest service needs while maintaining professional standards and ensuring quality service.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing the highlights of the local area
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
moving around and handling physical tasks such as lifting objects under 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
